Collection: Zone 8 Plants

Zone 8 winters stay between 10°F and 20°F, and this is our widest selection — 342 plants, roughly three quarters of everything we carry. Olives, bay laurel, gardenia, star jasmine, loquat and most citrus all overwinter outdoors here, while crape myrtle and camellia hit their peak. Each plant is garden-center quality, shipped nationwide, and guaranteed to arrive alive and thriving.

Planting in Zone 8? Heat and humidity, not cold, are what kill plants here. Water deeply and less often to push roots down, and give afternoon shade to anything with the word alpine or northern in its description.
